We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer & video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and the ability to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs across multiple platforms. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will work closely with the creative team to develop and implement design strategies that align with our brand's vision and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
- Collaborate with the creative team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertising campaigns, brochures, packaging, and more.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate design processes.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal teams, articulating design decisions and strategies effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to oversee the production process and ensure the final output meets quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience in motion graphics, video editing, and web design is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual quality.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor junior designers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
