The SSH Reliability Engineer ensures the reliability and availability of production and utility equipment through a proactive Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. The role is responsible for developing, updating, and deploying the HACS within the EAM/CMMS systems while supporting the Spare Parts Management (SPM) program.
The role initiates and drives maintenance improvement processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, and optimize asset lifecycles. In addition, the role facilitates Continuous Improvement (CI) programs based on TPM and owns the Management of Change (MOC) and compliance processes.
- Collect and embed global and local food safety, safety, and legal maintenance tasks into HACS (Heineken Asset Care Standards).
- Maintenance activities executed in a safe working environment.
- Food safety and legal standards embedded as repetitive maintenance activities within the EAM/CMMS system.
- Maintenance tasks, plans, and BOMs structured to ensure brewery compliance during maintenance execution.
- Capture asset condition and integrity assessments within HACS.
- Support identification and transfer of quality-related tasks to brewery teams to support AM Step 5 implementation focused on Q-points and quality inspections.
- AM Step 5 conditions effectively captured within HACS.
- Improved implementation and governance of quality inspection points.
- Collaborate with SSH Maintenance Planner to optimize long-term R&M; lifecycle costing and replacement CAPEX plans.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement projects through escalation reviews and trend analysis.
- Optimized long-term R&M; OPEX and replacement CAPEX budgets.
- Extended equipment lifecycle.

- Active monitoring and control of EAM/CMMS systems and maintenance data.
- Functional cross-OpCo KPI dashboards with trend analysis and reporting.
- Improved data governance and system effectiveness.
- Interface closely with brewery Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners with a primary focus on proactive maintenance.
- Serve as third-tier support within the reactive maintenance escalation process.
- Coach and support brewery Maintenance Engineers and Maintenance Planners.
- Collaborate with Global Maintenance and Engineering networks related to Reliability Engineering.
- Proactive maintenance engagement for HACS deployment and MOC processes.
- Effective reactive maintenance escalation support.
- Strong maintenance engineering network sharing best practices, knowledge, and technical expertise.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification through education or experience
- Minimum 5 years FMCG site experience as Maintenance Engineer or Reliability Engineer
- Experience in Management of Change (MOC) and Master Data Management (MDM)
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
