Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Managers to join us in Delhi The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the ISP/Telecom sector, specifically for Internet Leased Line, Point to Point VPN, SD-WAN, IT Security, and WiFi Services to Corporate and Educational clients in the region. As a Sales Manager, you will leverage your knowledge of telecom solutions, strong customer relationships, and consultative sales approach to close deals and expand market share
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for Internet Leased Line, Point to Point VPN, SD-WAN, IT Security, and WiFi Managed Services for corporate clients.
- Identify and build new business opportunities within the corporate sector, particularly with medium-to-large enterprises and education Institutions.
- Drive the adoption of managed services, cloud-based solutions, and telecom infrastructure for corporate clients.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position the company’s products effectively.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key corporate decision-makers (IT heads, CTOs, Procurement heads) to identify their needs and propose suitable telecom solutions.
- Understand client pain points and challenges to offer customized solutions that meet their business and technical requirements.
- Act as the key point of contact for client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
- Sales Execution & Negotiation
- Lead the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals, aligning solutions with client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to provide technical support and ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Partner with project management and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and after-sales support.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, forecasts, and pipeline management.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and market insights to the leadership team.
- Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
- Leverage knowledge of industry trends in the telecom and IT sector to present compelling value propositions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of sales experience in the ISP/Telecom industry, preferably with a focus on corporate clients.
- Proven track record of success in selling Internet Leased Line, Point to Point VPN, SD-WAN, IT Security, and WiFi services.
- Experience working in a B2B environment with a focus on large enterprises, government institutions, and multi-location businesses.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of telecom products and services (Internet Leased Line, VPN, SD-WAN, IT Security, WiFi Solutions, etc.).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to consult with clients and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders in large organizations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in dealing with large corporate clients and multi-location accounts.
- Knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and related technologies.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region and attend client meetings as necessary.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
