We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients.
- Generate and manage leads through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams.
- Keep up to date with local real estate market trends and property availability.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
