Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and self-driven UiPath Developer with strong experience in end-to-end RPA development and enterprise automation delivery. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling automation projects from requirement gathering to deployment and support.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath.

Independently handle complete automation lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable automation solutions.

Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks following RPA best practices.

Handle complex web, desktop, Excel, SAP, email, PDF, and API-based automations.

Work on REFramework-based enterprise automations.

Perform exception handling, logging, debugging, and bot optimization.

Ensure code quality, technical documentation, and adherence to development standards.

Support bot monitoring, scheduling, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers when required.
Requirements

7+ years of hands-on development experience in UiPath.

Strong experience in end-to-end RPA development and enterprise automation delivery.

Proven experience independently handling automation projects.

Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and workflow development.

Strong understanding of selectors, dynamic elements, queues, assets, triggers, and orchestrator management.

Good understanding of SDLC, coding standards, and version control tools like Git/TFS.

Experience working with SQL queries and basic .NET/VB scripting in UiPath.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
