Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and real-time interpretation between French and English speakers during voice interactions.
- Facilitate effective communication while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
- Support customers and stakeholders by ensuring clear understanding of conversations and requests.
- Adhere to quality standards, company policies, and interpretation guidelines.
- Manage customer interactions professionally while delivering an exceptional service experience.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of interactions as required by the process.
Eligibility Requirements
- Strong proficiency in French (C1 Level) and English is mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent language skills are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in Interpretation, Translation, Localization, Customer Support, or International Voice Processes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication, listening, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates must have a professional work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection.
