Summary: As a Business Architect, you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements. You will be responsible for defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities and developing a business case to achieve the vision. Your typical day will involve analyzing current business processes, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and designing innovative solutions to meet the client's needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. - Design innovative solutions to meet the client's needs. - Develop and present business cases to stakeholders. - Ensure the successful implementation of business solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM customization and configuration. - Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering. - Experience in developing and presenting business cases. - Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - Completion of BTech is required.
