Job Summary
We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive to manage overdue accounts and ensure timely collections through outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills with experience in collection or recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via phone regarding overdue payments.
- Follow up with customers and ensure timely payment collection.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment options to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and accounts.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for account-related issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Collection, Recovery, Collections, or Telecalling.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
