We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing IT company in Neyyattinkara, Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, SEO, social media management, and online advertising. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand visibility, generating qualified leads, and supporting business growth through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage SEO activities including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Create and manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
- Generate and nurture leads for software development, web development, mobile app development, and IT services.
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Manage and grow company social media accounts.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Improve website traffic, search rankings, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Implement email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of content marketing and copywriting.
- Experience in lead generation for B2B services.
- Familiarity with WordPress and basic website management.
- Understanding of email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.) will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in an IT company, software development company, or digital agency preferred.
