Role Overview
The MIS officer will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting organizational data to support management decision-making, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. The role ensures accurate, timely, and insightful reporting across all functions, including Management,Projects, Operations, Finance& HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, consolidate, and maintain data from various departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for the management as per their requirements.
- Analyse trends, variances, and operational KPIs to provide insights.
- Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams for ad-hoc analysis and reporting and coordinate daily office activities and support administrative tasks
- Developing and evaluating systems/applications/reports that satisfy company requirements
- Support automation and process improvement of reporting workflows.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reports for management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Highlight gaps, risks, or issues in reporting and propose corrective actions.
- Drive Compliance so that structured data and audit trails make it easier to trace approvals and transactions, holding teams accountable for delays or deviations.
- Provide training to various departments on how to prepare/maintain reports
Key Skills & Competencies
- Create and use Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and Macros (if possible).
- Proficiency in ERP systems &business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
- Strong proficiency in handling multiple projects and multiple tools when it comes to data handling.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to present data insights clearly.
- Ability to clean data especially when it comes in multiple formats.
- Ability to understand excel sheets that are prepared by other department members and identify if any discrepancies
- Understanding of construction industry operations is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years’ of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis, preferably in construction or operations-based organizations.
- Prior experience with ERP, dashboards, and automated reporting is highly desirable.
- Exposure to multi-department reporting and cross-functional coordination is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
