Job description
· Lead a team of mobile app developers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
· Architect, design, and implement scalable and maintainable mobile applications.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and consistency across the codebase.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects.
· Define and enforce development processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
Required Candidate profile
· Hands on experience in mobile app development, with a strong focus on [iOS/Android/both] platforms.
· Hands on experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably leading a team of mobile app developers.
· Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to the targeted platforms Examples PHP, MySQL, Angular, Flutter, API, Bootstrap, Node JS, React JS, HTML, CSS, Python, etc.
· Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
