Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Zoho Service Desk Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining our Zoho Service Desk platform, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zoho Service Desk, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Zoho Service Desk to meet business requirements
- Integrate Zoho Service Desk with other systems and tools
- Design and implement workflows, automations, and customizations
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance
- Stay up-to-date with Zoho Service Desk updates and best practices
