Shift timings Night shift (9.30 PM to 5.30 AM)
Daily management of Marketing Coordinators and Assistants across all the Sovereign Health Group’s locations.
Creates, optimizes and maintains protocols, policies and procedures.
Provides training and performance evaluations to marketing hires, as needed and assigned by the Marketing Director.
Manages entries of credit card transactions by assigned Marketing Coordinators and Assistants in Purchase Order System (POS).
Delegates projects to marketing team members, as needed and assigned by the Marketing Director.
Manages and oversees marketing materials and promo items content and information, ensuring all are up to date.
Manages and oversees the marketing supplies inventory by ordering and distributing to Sovereign Health Group’s sales and outreach teams, as needed.
Manages and oversees the coordination of company’s marketing events.
Manages and oversees the continuing education speaker calendar for continuing education events at all locations.
Manages and oversees the coordination of tours for potential patients or referents as needed across all the Sovereign Health Group’s locations.
Manages and oversees the advertising for Sovereign Health Group.
Assists with marketing projects, as assigned by the Marketing Director and sets and meets deadlines to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
Attends and leads weekly meetings, assigned by the Marketing Director.
Computes and provides weekly and monthly scorecards, providing the results from Marketing Coordinators and Assistants at each Sovereign Health Group’s location.
Creates and manages the marketing calendar and budget for respective areas, as assigned by the Marketing Director.
Qualifications and Experience:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the marketing coordinators and assistants.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate must be a high school graduate with an undergraduate degree or with comparable work experience. He/she must have a minimum of 3 years of experience of working directly in marketing field. He/she must also have experience of leading and overseeing daily activities of his/her subordinates/team.
Skills and Competency:
The successful Candidate must have the skills and competency to communicate with people of all levels of the organization, patients and external agencies. He/she must be agreeable and professional whilst being able to gather information and refer it to the appropriate member of the team. Accurate information gathering is essential as is the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize conflicting demands whilst working effectively. He/she must have good and clear communication skills in working both with his/her colleagues as well as with outside agencies. Attentive to detail and methodical, he/she must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and have good computer skills.
The successful candidate must have the ability to listen actively when spoken to and effectively communicate their thoughts to others. He/she must be sensitive to religious, ethnic and cultural differences in others and show respect and empathy. He/she must be able to work alone but also in a team, with fellow staff, in the business setting and must actively seek out advice and/or guidance in order to solve problems. He/she must also have good time management skills and must actively seek to accomplish tasks and be able to use a variety of methods and ideas to solve problems whilst also being open to suggestions from others in order to find solutions.
