What you would do:
● Leading Recon and Chargeback team
● Ensure organisation level daily reconciliation of all accounts and CMS balances
● Timely closure of all customer complaints related to card transactions
● Regulatory reporting to bank as agreed frequency and during timelines
● Ensuring automation and process improvisation to ensure smooth functioning of recon and chargeback operations.
● Card transactions Cost and Revenue analysis
● Regular bank & team meetings to ensure smooth process
What you must have:
● 10-12 years of work experience in Recon & Chargeback Operations
● Graduate or Post Graduate in finance & accounting from universities.
● Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Fluency in English is mandatory)
● Sound Analytical & Logical Reasoning skills
● Proficient in MS applications to ensure analysis, reporting & documentation)
● Experience in fintech/banking is a plus
Knowledge of card transactions cycle and Visa/Mastercard network settlement.
