We are currently looking for talented and experienced Mid-Level Architects and Senior Architects to join our dynamic team.
Experience & Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 4 to 12 years of relevant architectural experience
- Experience in High-Rise Residential, Institutional, Commercial, and Redevelopment Projects preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural working drawings and construction documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of design and construction activities.
- Review and coordinate architectural, structural, MEPF, and landscape drawings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and MS Office
- Sound understanding of NMMC regulations, Development Control Rules, and UDCPR
- Ability to interpret and coordinate Structural, MEPF, and Landscape drawings
- Excellent planning, coordination, and project management skills
Role ExpectationsMid-Level Architect
- Independently handle project drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams under the guidance of senior leadership.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned project milestones.
Senior Architect
- Lead and manage assigned projects from design development to execution.
- Supervise architectural teams and coordinate drawing production.
- Monitor project progress, consultant coordination, and overall project delivery.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
