We are seeking an organized, proactive, and results-driven Academy Manager/Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training academy.
- Manage student admissions, enrollments, attendance, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate batch schedules, classroom allocations, and training resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.
Student & Trainer Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for students, trainers, and parents (if applicable).
- Resolve student concerns and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Coordinate trainer schedules and monitor training delivery.
Business Operations
- Monitor academy performance and operational efficiency.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase enrollments.
- Track leads, admissions, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on admissions, revenue, and academy performance.
Financial & Compliance Management
- Manage fee collection processes and payment tracking.
- Coordinate with accounts and management for financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with academy policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in administration, operations, or educational institute management.
- Experience in a training institute, coaching center, or educational organization is preferred.
Required Skills
