We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Jalandhar branch, drive business growth, manage team performance, and ensure operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Leadership & Operations
- Oversee the overall functioning and performance of the Jalandhar branch.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain high standards of student service and operational efficiency.
Team Management
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate counselors, visa officers, and support staff.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive student enrollments and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch admission targets.
- Build strong referral networks and business partnerships.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
Student Counseling Oversight
- Support the counseling team in handling complex student cases.
- Ensure accurate guidance regarding university admissions, course selection, scholarships, and visa processes.
- Monitor conversion rates and improve student enrollment performance.
Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
- Analyze reports and business metrics to improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure sustainable branch growth.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and business associates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Candidate RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Proven track record in student counseling, admissions, and team management.
- Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Educational Qualification
