Plan and execute community mobilization and gender rights awareness campaigns
- Identify and support the selection of women leaders with leadership potential
- Coordinate capacity-building training sessions on rights, digital skills & government schemes
- Support women leaders in conducting community awareness workshops for women
- Facilitate women's access to government schemes and assist in obtaining identity documents
- Conduct baseline/endline surveys, FGDs, and maintain field Reporting and documentation
- Submit monthly progress reports and distribute IEC materials in target areas
- Repo building and networking with various companies' stakeholders, PRI members, Local Representatives,
etc.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
