Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote our products/services, generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Sales representatives typically identify prospects, present solutions, close deals, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
