One of the leading global digital platforms providing payments and other financial products services
- Lead the software development, delivery and implementation of products (in particular, the implementation of global & regional platform)
- Manage end to end tech operations including engineering, architecture, infra, cloud
- Lead the modernisation of legacy applications and systems
- Provide cost estimations related to infra, software development/ upgradation, etc. and manage IT budgets
- Participate in presales activities and engage with internal & external stakeholders
- Engage with customers to bring about domain expertise and consultative selling
- 10-15 years of experience in software development with a strong track record of building & delivering enterprise software products
- Preferably coming from a B2B/ B2C/ B2B2C platform based industry, fintech or global MNC captives
- A Techno-commercial leader with a good blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen to scale the business coming with exposure in managing stakeholders at a global level
- Experience in customer engagement and solutioning, managing 3rd party vendors
- Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (.net, microservices, C#, MSSQL) and cloud technologies
- Should have handled IT budgets, experienced in providing effort and cost estimations, presales activities and client management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair of collaborative leadership style
