We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) and Google Ads. The role involves campaign planning, ad creation, audience targeting, budget management, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to generate leads and improve ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Run and optimize campaigns for lead generation and eCommerce sales
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROI, ROAS, CPL, CPA
- Monitor daily performance and adjust budgets, bids, and creatives
- Create ad copies and coordinate with design/content teams
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in both lead generation and eCommerce campaigns
- Understanding of funnel strategy, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance
- Basic Excel/reporting skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
