Investment Relationship Manager
KRAs :
- Developing and managing banking relationships with a select group of customers who are part of the portfolio mapped for their Financial Planning, Insurance and Investment Requirements.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Plansand conducts special sales initiatives andevents for prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinates with other group companies to provide seamless accessto other products.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile :
- Product Knowledge in LI, GI and Mutual Fund Products.
- IRDA and AMFI Certification Employees will be preferred
- Graduate : 3 -5 years of experience
- Post Graduate : 2 -3 years of experience
- Customer orientation
- High energy levels with a motive to succeed
