Job Summary:
The CAD Technician is responsible for preparing and modifying 2D drawings and 3D models as per customer and production requirements. The role involves supporting the design and manufacturing teams by creating accurate engineering drawings and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and modify 2D drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop basic 3D models using SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
- Prepare fabrication, assembly, and production drawings.
- Ensure drawings comply with company and customer standards.
- Maintain drawing records and revision history.
- Coordinate with design, production, and quality teams.
- Update drawings based on engineering changes.
- Assist in preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) and technical documentation.
- Support design engineers in project-related activities.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of manufacturing and fabrication processes.
- Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and drafting standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
