We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Help manage and monitor the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
Participate in IT projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and documentation.
Assist in maintaining IT documentation, including network diagrams, user guides, and asset inventories.
Ensure timely response to IT support requests and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve and streamline IT processes.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and support for Windows/Mac/Linux operating systems.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
