In this role, you’ll partner with North America-based T&C Business Partners (HRBPs) to support key talent initiatives across Sales and Product organizations, gaining exposure to how workforce decisions influence revenue performance, team effectiveness, and innovation.

This role will report into the Sales T&C Business Partner.
Data & Workforce Insights

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to deliver actionable workforce insights

Analyze trends across hiring, attrition, performance, and engagement to inform talent decisions

Translate data into meaningful insights that help drive business outcomes
Program & Operational Support

Partner with front-line leadership, T&C BPs, and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support talent initiatives

Support core T&C programs through reporting, email reminders, and general program execution to ensure a smooth rollout (performance management, talent reviews, workforce planning)

Help standardize reporting and processes to improve efficiency and scalability

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across T&C
AI & Innovation

Leverage AI and analytics tools to enhance reporting and automate manual processes

Explore new tools and methods to improve how T&C delivers value

Support innovation efforts to modernize HR through data and technology
Must-Have
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel

Interest in HR, data, workforce analytics, and people strategy

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data story-telling skills

Curiosity and strong learning agility when it comes to new tools, especially in AI and automation

Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and care

Comfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment
Nice-to-Have

Exposure to HR systems or analytics tools preferably Workday

Location :
India – (Flexible hybrid work model - work from Bangalore office for 20 days in a quarter).
