Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance data for management review.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate resolutions with concerned departments.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and client visits for the sales team.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate product dispatches.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer support, or sales administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
- Experience with CRM software is an advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnquiry Management
- Handle incoming enquiries from phone, email, WhatsApp, website, social media, and trade portals.
- Respond promptly to customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
- Qualify enquiries and assign them to the respective sales executives.
- Maintain and update enquiry records in CRM or sales tracking systems.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
Sales Coordination
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding order status and requirements.
- Assist in processing customer orders and ensuring timely execution.
- Track leads from enquiry stage to order closure.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments for quick solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor delivery schedules and update customers regarding dispatch status.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily enquiry reports, follow-up reports, and sales MIS.
- Track enquiry conversion ratios and sales performance metrics.
- Generate management reports on lead sources, enquiry status, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Management, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
