Admission Counselor
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures smooth functioning of the Lobby Area/Head of Operations
- Appraise & mentor the Subordinate Executives
- Maintaining admission management module / ERP.
- Handle Parental Admission and general enquiries to their satisfaction.
Customer / Parent Satisfaction
- Update student information regularly in the records by referring to the student diary.
- Handle enquiries received through phone (toll free), web, and email.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling.
- Manage to convince the parents /potential customers to visit the school premises where the Relationship Team shall take over.
- Follow up on no show cases.
- Maintaining the records of all the school events in a register.
- Manage up-sell and cross sell opportunities within the group (as and when the group is ready) Ensure 100% capturing of potential parent interaction data in ERP and generate related reports
- Maintenance of data completion and accuracy.
- Maintain inward and outward courier/mail registers.
- Maintain SMS, feedback, helpdesk log book, and visitors’ book.
- Respond to complaints or queries made by parents after enquiring with the Principal or other school leaders.
- Promptly reporting to the Principal those parents who are challenging to deal with. Records to be maintained regularly by the Admission Team
- Inquiry sheet (on the drive)
- Inquiry forms (date wise)
- Mail inward and Outward Register
- Call Register (Excel and Soft copy both)
- Fee structures of All the AY maintained in a file
Special Need Student Details
- Day care list and attendance register to be checked
- Admission File to be updated.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,360.88 - ₹49,714.65 per month
