We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design and project delivery for domestic projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong design capabilities, technical knowledge, and project coordination experience. This role requires a professional who can manage architectural assignments from concept development through construction documentation while ensuring quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
The Senior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, project management, stakeholder coordination, and integration of multidisciplinary tasks on a day-to-day basis. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to complex industrial and commercial developments while working closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Lead architectural design development for industrial and commercial projects from conceptualization to detailed design stages.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, presentations, design reports, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior design, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless project integration.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and design milestones while ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
- Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations to communicate design intent and project progress effectively.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, standards, and industry best practices.
- Review technical submissions and provide design solutions to address project challenges and site-specific requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members to enhance project delivery and professional development.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects within timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site visits, design audits, and coordination meetings as required to support project implementation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- 6–14 years of professional experience in architectural design, preferably involving industrial and commercial projects.
- Strong expertise in Architectural Design with the ability to develop creative, practical, and technically sound solutions.
- Proven experience managing multiple project phases and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, building materials, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively leading project teams and design initiatives.
- Proficiency in preparing design presentations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Working knowledge of Revit for architectural modeling and documentation.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and collaborative project workflows.
- Experience in multinational consulting or architecture firms will be an added advantage.
