Job Description
Drafting and reviewing process/product notes related to Digital Banking products
Coordination with stakeholders like Compliance / Risk / Legal / OPS etc. to gather information & seek feedback
Identification and Review of existing processes for revision / updation.
Provide assistance to product / service team/branches on process related queries.
Job requirements
In depth knowledge about Digital Banking Products and Operations and processes
Knowledge about regulatory guidelines related to KYC, Customer Service & PPI
Understanding of various bank applications like Finacle, BCIF, DCMS etc.
Awareness about practices followed by peer banks mainly regarding digital products
Strong Communication skills
Good analytical skills & eye for details
Keen eye for market intelligence and competition.
