Job Summary:
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a team of store associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of store performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Formulate and implement store strategies to attract and retain customers, increase store traffic, and maximize profitability.
- Sales Achievement: Lead the store team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective training, motivation, and feedback.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Store Administration: Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain an outstanding store appearance by upholding visual merchandising standards.
- Market Analysis: Monitor buying trends, customer needs, and profitability to provide insights and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and develop career paths for store staff.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues that arise from staff or customers, including complaints and grievances.
- Role Model: Demonstrate exemplary behaviour and performance, setting a positive example for the entire team.
- Additional Duties: Perform any additional store management duties as required.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in jewelry retail sales and store operations, with at least 2 years in a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager role.
- Mandatory experience in the jewelry industry; candidates from a jewelry retail background will only be considered.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store profitability.
- Strong leadership, team management, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Good understanding of inventory control, billing systems, cash management, and retail operations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
