About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Product Sales Executive to present and sell WhiteStart to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, be fluent in English and Hindi, and possess the ability to understand customer requirements and explain product features in a clear, professional, and convincing manner.
This role requires interacting with business owners, decision-makers, educational institutions, startups, and enterprises through calls, meetings, and live product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, challenges, and business objectives.
- Explain WhiteStart features, benefits, and use cases in detail.
- Communicate product value effectively and address customer queries.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to understand customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
- Assist in customer onboarding and initial product adoption.
- Achieve monthly sales, demo, and conversion targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Strong presentation and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent listening and requirement-gathering skills.
- Ability to explain software products and technology solutions in a simple manner.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
- Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any Graduate (BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, or equivalent).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Telecalling, Product Demonstrations, or SaaS Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates must be comfortable conducting customer conversations, presentations, and product demonstrations in both English and Hindi.
