Position: Senior Business Development Manager
Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad
Salary: ₹10 LPA – ₹12 LPA (Negotiable)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, preferably in Tiles, Sanitaryware, Paints, Building Materials, Interior Products, or related industries.
Age: 30–40 years

Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Identify and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Promote the company's product portfolio, including tiles, wooden flooring, façade solutions, carpets, and office furniture.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and showroom visits to drive business conversions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales coordination.
Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and accounts, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans for management review.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
