CDC founded in 2013, serving most of the Implementation Partners, MSP based Future 100-1000 customers. We have recently started our Hyderabad operations and located in Manjeera Trinity Corporate Tower and looking forward to build a team of Young, dynamic and Industry Leaders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
- Should have strong experience working with Implementations Partners and MSP based Clients.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Well versed with US Tax Terms, Hiring Matrix, Visa, Industry and Verticals.
- Excellent experience with Search Techniques, narrow, broad and Boolean search.
- Must be able to screen and qualify resources on the basis of skills, attitude and other hiring compliances.
- Strong Communications Skills
- Candidate with BCA/MCA or IT Education background will be preferred.
- Must be a good Team Player as well as Individual Performer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
