JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Wedding Gifting Coordinator – Sales to manage client relationships, assist couples and families in selecting wedding gifting solutions, and drive sales through personalized consultation and coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for weddings, gifting, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inquiries from wedding clients and provide customized gifting solutions.
- Coordinate with couples, families, and event planners regarding gifting requirements.
- Generate sales through client consultations, upselling, and relationship management.
- Manage end-to-end order coordination including product selection, customization, packaging, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and delivery process.
- Stay updated with wedding gifting trends, premium packaging ideas, and market preferences.
