Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C channels.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across online and offline markets.
Team & Operations Management
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.
- Manage regional sales teams, channel partners, distributors, and online sales associates.
Customer & Market Focus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor moves, and customer needs.
Digital & Offline Channel Oversight
- Oversee online sales channels (website, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital sales funnels).
- Manage offline retail operations, dealer networks, and direct sales initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development.
- Strong background in handling both online and offline sales operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, analytics platforms, and sales automation software.
