Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented TelecallingExecutive who will support patient engagement and help expand the clinic’s referral network.
This role involves managing patient communication and follow-ups, while also identifying and developing partnerships with local businesses that can generate leads for skin and hair treatments. The role may also include on-ground promotional activities to support clinic campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with patients after consultations or treatments.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, packages, and treatment information.
- Assist in converting consultations into treatment packages.
- Handle patient queries via phone or messaging during business hours.
- Maintain records of patient communication and follow-ups.
2. Business Development
Identify potential referral partners such as:
- Makeup artists
- Gyms and fitness studios
- Salons and beauty studios
- Wellness centers
- Other relevant lifestyle businesses.
Build partnerships that can generate referrals for skin and hair treatments.
- Visit potential partners and present collaboration opportunities, if required.
- Maintain and track partnerships and referral leads.
3. Field Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support on-ground marketing campaigns organized by the clinic.
- Set up promotional stalls at designated locations for events or free consultation camps.
- Distribute flyers and engage with potential customers.
- Explain clinic services and encourage interested individuals to visit the clinic.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with patients and business owners.
- Basic sales or customer handling mindset.
- Comfortable working from the clinic in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
- Organized and proactive approach to follow-ups and networking.
Working Expectations
- Available during clinic business hours for patient communication and follow-ups.
- May need to respond to patient queries off business hours when required.
- Comfortable with local travel for business development meetings and promotional campaigns.
CTC:
- Salary: ₹16,000 per month
- Opportunity: High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role at Idha Clinic after the internship period.
