Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of retail operations (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail), and the ability to manage a team while ensuring high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, customer service, and store upkeep
- Drive store sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly goals
- Deliver a premium customer experience and build long-term customer relationships
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to enhance performance and productivity
- Handle high-value customer interactions and support the team in closing sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
- Oversee inventory management including stock audits, replenishment, and shrinkage control
- Ensure proper handling, safety, and display of jewellery items
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily store reporting
- Coordinate with management on sales performance, stock requirements, and operational improvements
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
