Site Supervisor – Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) A PEB Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising the erection and installation of pre-engineered steel building structures at the project site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Supervise erection of PEB structures such as columns, rafters, purlins, girts, roof sheets, and wall cladding. Monitor alignment, leveling, bolting, welding, and structural connections. Coordinate daily activities of fitters, welders, riggers, crane operators, and subcontractors. Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Maintain site safety and enforce PPE requirements. Monitor material receipt, storage, and usage at site. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and report project status to the Project Manager. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and engineers to resolve site issues. Ensure timely completion of project milestones. Conduct inspections and rectify non-conformities. Required Skills Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings. Knowledge of steel structure erection procedures. Familiarity with cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging practices. Understanding of safety regulations and quality control. Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
