Sr. Compensation Specialist
As a Sr. Compensation Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in implementing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our compensation strategies align with business objectives and market standards. Your expertise in analyzing market data and trends will enable you to make informed decisions and recommendations on compensation packages. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related matters.
You will report directly to our Compensation Leader for APAC and you’ll work out of our Bangalore office on Hybrid work model.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze market data and trends to ensure competitive compensation packages.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and managers to provide guidance on compensation-related matters.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to determine appropriate salary ranges.
- Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies.
- Provide support in the administration of annual merit and bonus programs.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in compensation.
YOU MUST HAVE
- 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis and design.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
WE VALUE
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation – preferable
- Experience with compensation software and tools.
- Knowledge of global compensation practices.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
