Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our Mobile & Laptop Technician Training Institute. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining course details, handling enquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and leads.
- Explain mobile and laptop technician courses clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates regularly.
- Maintain student enquiry and admission records.
- Handle basic customer queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the admission and counselling team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Freshers can also apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Fluent in Malayalam, English, or Hindi/Tamil (as required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
