Job Summary:
We need a skilled person who can be part of our team as a Branding & Storyboard Specialist. Candidates will be responsible to provide the required visibility and branding to the organization by identifying and building success stories and accomplishments.
The candidate is responsible for developing field narratives for different audiences by reaching out through various social media platforms. The story boarding needs to encapsulate the efforts of the organisation and to be understood by the primary and secondary stakeholders.
The candidate needs to be creative in imagining different means of communication and have critical thinking skills on what works and what does not. As these stories also be the means of inspiration and mode of awareness creation, one needs to be conscious of the brand building and enhance the image building process of the organisation.
Responsibilities:
· Brand Storytelling: Create engaging narratives on the interventions of the organisation. These narratives must reflect our organization's aims and values, vision,mission and resonate with our audience.
· Storyboard Creation: To bring our brand narrative to life, conceptualize and create visually appealing storyboards that capture the essence of our programs and mission across.
· Collaboration: Work closely with across departments to understand project requirements and ensure that our visual storytelling efforts align with our brand strategy.
· Creative Direction: Designers and writers should be guided to ensure that the images they create are in line with brand guidelines and successfully communicate our brand.
· Market Research: Be updated about what is happening in the industry, NGOs and technology that will continuously shape our brand storytelling approach.
· Feedback and Iteration: Take feedback from the stakeholders and iterate on storyboard concepts to finalize the deliverables, which should be high-quality and make sense to our user group.
· Project Management: Experience managing various projects, prioritizing activities, and meeting deadlines without compromising on quality and due diligence.
Qualifications:
· Master’s in marketing, communication with a proven experience of 3-5 years working in branding, storytelling, or visual communications, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency .
· A strong portfolio that demonstrates creative storytelling skills and ability to create storyboards.
· Ability to express thoughts in writing and orally, provide explanations in a structured language and clearly formulate sentences.
· Knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage and any other relevant software that you consider to be suitable for completing the task.
· Skills to think strategically and critically to communicate our solutions to the stakeholders through different media in an understandable form.
· One needs to work independently, as well as work in a team, and work in a fast-paced working environment.
· Travel to the field locations is expected.
