We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting & Finance Professional to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and improving overall financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and stakeholders
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in accounting or financial management
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA)
- Experience with ERP systems
- Knowledge of local and international tax regulations
