Job Title: Business Development Manager – U.S. StaffingLocation: Hyderabad, MadhapurExperience: 15 + YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeCTC: No Budget, FlexiblePreferable Immediate Joiner or with 15-30 days of Notice period.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager(BDM) with deep expertise in the U.S. staffing industry. The ideal candidate mustpossess an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong client network, and a proven track recordof driving salesgrowth. This role involves developing direct client and implementation partnerrelationships, managing the entire sales lifecycle, and building a high-performance teamto meet aggressive growth targets in the U.S. staffing market.Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with direct clients andimplementation partners in the U.S. staffing market. Onboard new clients and partners using existing relationships and networks. Develop strategic corporate alliances to expand business reach and enhancethe client portfolio. Build and lead a capable team to support client hiring needs and delivertimely staffing solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, clientengagement, proposal presentation, negotiation, and deal closure. Take complete ownership of client relationships, ensuring high satisfactionand long- term partnerships. Collaborate with the recruitment team to align delivery efforts with clientrequirements. Maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently identifying and pursuing newbusiness opportunities. Be well-versed with the complete lifecycle of U.S. staffing and recruitmentprocesses. Deliver individual and team-based placement performance aligned with monthlytargets.Performance Expectations for BDM Role: Client Onboarding:The candidate must have active client accounts or implementation partners andshould be capable of onboarding at least 2 new direct clients. The candidate isalso expected to bring existing MSA (Master Service Agreement) clients or establishnew MSA partnerships with direct clients. Placements:As an individual contributor, the candidate must ensure a minimum of 2 successfulplacements per month through existing client connections and references.Additionally, the candidate should drive at least 3 placements per month throughthe team members reporting to them. Business Development Expectations:The candidate should have strong direct client handling experience and mustcontribute towards business growth by bringing ongoing hiring requirements,maintaining client relationships, and supporting long-term account expansion.Profiles focused only on recruitment activities without direct client exposure maynot be suitable for this role.Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 15 years of proven experience in business development withinthe U.S. staffing industry. Strong existing network of active clients or implementation partners. In-depth knowledge of U.S. staffing models, recruitment lifecycle, VMS/MSPsystems, and compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets in clientacquisition and placements. Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high performing sales and delivery teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Preferred Qualifications: Active book of business with established client relationships. Experience in IT or niche staffing verticals. Willingness to work in U.S. time zones (6.30 pm – 3.3am IST)
