About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support our project management team in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and ensure projects run smoothly within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Manager(s) in planning, tracking, and delivering IT projects.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams, management, and clients.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, meeting notes, and presentations.
- Track project progress and escalate potential risks or delays.
- Ensure adherence to company project management processes and quality standards.
- Support in resource allocation and task assignment.
- Assist in monitoring budgets, invoices, and expenses related to projects.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in IT industry).
- Basic understanding of IT project lifecycle and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM, CSM) is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional IT teams.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
