A Civil Project Manager oversees the end-to-end execution of construction and infrastructure projects. They are responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, labor, and safety standards while acting as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and design teams
- Project Planning: Developing project scopes, schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
- Cost & Budget Control: Monitoring expenditures, creating financial forecasts, and handling profit/loss statements.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all structural works comply with technical drawings, statutory regulations, and site safety protocols.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve site issues.
- Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or a related diploma, along with 5–10+ years of construction management experience.
- Experience and qualification: Any University or PG degree with civil specialization. Having 15 plus years experience of which 5 years in a senior role.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
