· Meeting with the Product Development teams to discuss packaging specifications and design concepts.
· Evaluating market trends and analysing similar packaging designs.
· Ensuring packaging designs accurately represent the concepts/ideas.
· Selecting functional ideas and creating packaging mock-ups.
· Identifying suitable packaging materials and conducting feasibility studies.
· Collaborating with graphic designers and copywriters to finalize packaging text and graphics.
· Conceptualizing and executing creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing
· Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proof is of good quality and in line with production specifications
· Staying up to date with consumer and market trends for packaging materials
· Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry guidelines to ensure compliance with labeling, safety, and product information standards.
· Identify and assemble finished artwork based on the brand’s visual guidelines and style guides
· Create layouts for packaging designs, using drafting, illustration, or 3D software
· Master knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, printing techniques, and international standards
· Completing final mock-up designs using computer modeling software.
· Presenting final designs to stakeholders and company managers.
