About the Role:
Airtics is hiring! We are looking for faculty members with a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields to teach and supervise Master’s and Doctoral students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and supervise Master’s and Doctoral students.
- Coordinate with international partner universities for quality assurance, assessment standards, and thesis evaluation.
- Participate in various academic and administrative committees.
- Deliver high-quality, industry-relevant teaching using modern digital pedagogies; integrate real-world projects, labs, and case studies aligned with programme learning outcomes.
- Design and regularly update modules to reflect emerging technologies and industry needs; contribute to programme reviews and accreditation-aligned quality standards.
- Guide dissertations, capstone projects, and career development; support working professionals through structured academic advising.
- Conduct applied research, publish where appropriate, and collaborate with industry to ensure practical relevance in teaching and programme design.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a closely allied field.
- Demonstrated research track record with publications in internationally recognized journals/conferences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in industry-relevant tools, platforms, and programming environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
