About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on ELV Service Manager to lead our service maintenance team, manage AMC contracts, and provide technical guidance to site engineers. You will bridge the gap between back-end planning and front-end field execution, ensuring high-quality client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and schedule a technical service team; guide engineers remotely or on-site when they face programming or troubleshooting difficulties.
- Operations & Planning: Create advance staff schedules, plan manpower deployment, handle service calls, and track open requests to timely closure.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee site surveys, wiring planning, installation details, and preventive maintenance for smart building systems, automatic gate motors, CCTV, Access Control, and Fire Alarms.
- Client & AMC Management: Efficiently manage ELV AMCs, handle renewals, and maintain clear communication with clients regarding service status and escalations.
Requirements:
- Practical knowledge of ELV systems, automatic gates, and smart buildings.
- Strong communication skills, willingness to travel (local & outstation), and must own a vehicle.
