Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve processes related to Casting, Grinding & Polishing, and Electroplating.
- Conduct product and process trials to enhance quality and productivity.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for new product development.
- Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and development reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/R&D.
- Strong knowledge of Casting, Surface Finishing, Grinding & Polishing, and Electroplating processes.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
