Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to lead B2B and
Industrial Sales initiatives in the Kolkata region. The role involves identifying opportunities,
building strong client relationships, driving conversions, and ensuring consistent revenue
growth across industrial and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and B2B
segments
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects
- Expand market reach and establish presence in new sectors
2. B2B & Industrial Sales
- Drive direct sales to industries, enterprises, and institutional clients
- Engage with decision-makers, procurement teams, and project heads
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
3. Project & Institutional Sales
- Identify and track large projects and institutional opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Manage long sales cycles and follow through until closure
4. Tender / RFP Management
- Identify relevant tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bidding opportunities
- Coordinate and prepare bid documents, pricing, and compliance requirements
- Ensure timely submission and participate in negotiations
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Act as a single point of contact for key accounts
6. After-Sales & Service Coordination
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support
- Address client concerns and strengthen retention
- Maintain service quality to drive repeat business
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Business / related field preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in:
o B2B Sales
o Industrial / Project Sales
o Government / Institutional sales (preferred)
o Tenders / RFP / Bid processes
- Strong negotiation and closing skills

Summary:
This role is critical for driving growth in B2B and industrial markets, requiring a combination
of hunting for new business, strategic selling, and strong execution.
Pay: ₹11,529.06 - ₹40,970.57 per month
